A barrel of pistol designed for shooting cartridges equipped with shells with non-fatal effect in which the guide section of the channel of barrel is divided into two sections placed one after another symmetrically with respect to the bore, on the outer surface of the first section placed after the cartridge chamber a groove is provided. The first section has three long openings with different diameters connected to each other. The long axes of those openings are shifted one with respect to another, and the second section of the barrel that adjoins the muzzle has a long opening with constant diameter smaller than the diameter of missile, at that the long axis of the opening coincides with the long axis of the bore.
