PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of dumpling is provided to mass-produce dumplings without using human effort by an automated process, and to produce dumplings having a beautiful external appearance by not adding external force to the buns during the manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of dumpling comprises: A dumpling skin roll(10) supplying raw dumpling skins; a dumpling skin guide(20) guiding the raw dumpling skins, and cutting in a unit size; a dumpling skin moving plate(30) moving the dumpling skins; a discharge cylinder accommodating dumpling filling supplied from a hopper(40); a piston(50) pushing the unit amount of dumpling filling to the lower direction by adding pressure to the dumpling filling in the discharge cylinder; and a molding board(60) receiving the dumpling filling after the dumpling skin moving plate moves and is settled on the upper surface, and discharge the unit dumplings by tightening the upper part of the dumpling skin according to a tightening movement of a molding hole as discharging the dumpling skin and the dumpling filling to the lower direction through a discharging hole according to the pressure of the piston. The dumpling skin guide is formed, and placed in the lower side of the dumpling skin roll for the dumpling skin, the dumpling skin is released, flowed down from the dumpling skin roll through an empty space inside, and passes through the dumpling skin guide, a cutting frame(21) is adhered to the dumpling skin guide. A cutting blade is formed in the bottom end of the cutting frame. A wrinkle globe(31) is formed in the dumpling skin moving plate to make wrinkles on the dumpling skin. The wrinkle globe is formed in the dumpling skin moving plate in a shape of a hole having at least two protruded parts. |
