PURPOSE: An electric dust collector is provided to prevent the deposition of the dust on the surface of the dust collecting plate by replacing a dust collecting plate of the charged dust into a liquid storing part. CONSTITUTION: An electric dust collector comprises a charging unit(210) and a liquid storage unit(220). The charging unit charges flowed outside air including the micro dust. The liquid storage unit collects the micro dust by having the opposite polarity to the polarity of the charged micro dust. According to the flow direction of the exterior air, the charging unit and the liquid storage unit are formed successively. At the liquid storage unit, the voltage is directly applied on the liquid. The liquid may be water. The electricity dust collector comprises the facing unit(230). The facing unit faces the liquid storage unit, and the voltage applied on the facing unit has the opposite polarity to the polarity applied on the liquid storage unit. The electricity dust collector comprises the carbon filter(240). The carbon filter is formed in front of the charging unit in the direction of the exterior air.
