The cage (6) has two annular rails (7) connected by axial trigger guards (8) defined between spaces (9) accommodating rolling elements i.e. rollers, of a rolling bearing. The guards include deformable strips (11) to be folded back relative to the rolling elements in order to maintain the elements in the spaces. Radially external walls (13) of the guards are located radially inside relative to radially external walls (14) of the rails. Radial faces of the guards comprise recesses (17) in the shape of a cylinder whose axis is perpendicular to an axis of the cage. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a rolling bearing (2) a turboshaft engine.
