PURPOSE: A wood block for scour prevention, a wood block structure, and an installation method thereof are provided to stably prevent the collapse of a bank caused by river scouring. CONSTITUTION: A wood block(100) for scour prevention comprises left and right inclined portions(111,112), front and rear vertical portions(113,114), and bottom horizontal portions(115). The left and right inclined portions are formed in a rectangular shape. The front ends of the left and right inclined portions are connected to the left and right ends of the front vertical portions, and the rear ends of the left and right inclined portions are connected to the left and right ends of the rear vertical portions. The bottom ends of the left and right inclined portions and the front and rear vertical portions are connected to the left, right, front, and rear ends of the bottom horizontal portions. |
