PURPOSE: An electric fan capable of selectively dehumidifying and cooling is provided to lower the humidity of an indoor space with little power by forming water drops by condensing moisture in the air and to lower indoor temperature by providing cool wind. CONSTITUTION: An electric fan capable of selectively dehumidifying and cooling comprises a cooling device(20), a rotating driving shaft(30), a motor(50), a protective frame(60), a water receiving groove(70), a vibration device(80), and a control device(90). The cooling device is erected on a pillar(10) of a stand(100) and enable to lower temperature. The motor rotates the rotating driving shaft and a blowing wind(40). The protective frame surrounds the blowing wing. The water receiving groove receives condensate water condensed by the blowing wings inwardly to the protective frame. The vibration device turns a direction of the electric fan. The control device is formed on the front surface of the stand to easily operate all parts of the electric fan.
