PURPOSE: A mold for a prefilled syringe gasket is provided to manufacture a molded product with low roughness of a laminated inactive film. CONSTITUTION: A mold for a prefilled syringe gasket comprises a surface(1) with the sealing sliding side of annular protrusions of the gasket. The surface of the mold is bright-finished using an alumina or diamond abrasive to have an average roughness under 3 um. The mold is made of a stainless steel mold material or a stainless steel mold material which is plated in a thickness of 15 um or less.
