SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SYNCHRONIZING APPLICATIONS

PURPOSE: An application synchronization system and a method thereof are provided to download a downloaded application in another communication terminal with a simple operation without a search process. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(11) communicates with an online market. The communication unit communicates with a synchronization server which performs application synchronization. An application installation unit(13) installs an application which is downloaded through the communication unit from the online market. A control unit(17) searches and downloads the application in the online market. The control unit transmits application information to the synchronization server. A local area communication unit(15) searches terminals of other users through local area communication. If communication with the synchronization server is not available, the control unit downloads from the synchronization server an application to be downloaded to a terminal in which communication is impossible.
