PURPOSE: An exterior panel is provided to improve the workability of transportation and installation by having a slim thickness and to improve heat insulation by blocking heat transfer from the exterior panel to an interior panel. CONSTITUTION: An exterior panel(1) comprises a pair of board parts(10), an insulation part(20), and a connection member(30). The pair of board parts includes a first board(11a) facing an outer wall of a building; and a second board(11b) exposed to the outside. The insulation part is arranged between the first and second board parts for blocking heat transfer between the first and second board parts. The connection part is arranged along the side of the insulation part for connecting the first and second board parts and includes an insulation element(32).
