Injectable and sterile dermatological composition comprises 0.5-4 wt.% of hyaluronic acid or its salt, where the acid is associated with an anesthetic, alpha -lipoic acid, acetyl cysteine derivative and a copper salt in a content of lower than 50 parts per million (ppm). An independent claim is included for a system for treating human keratinous material comprising a packaging containing a dose of the composition, an injection device, and a unit for microperforating the keratinous material for the administration of the dose.
