PURPOSE: A stereoscopic image printing apparatus and a method thereof are provided to obtain an appropriate measurement result under circumstances where height difference between measurement targets is great and there is mechanical vibration. CONSTITUTION: Image obtaining units(210,220) obtain an left-eye image and a right-eye image corresponding to the left-eye and the right-eye. An image processing unit(230) synthesizes the left-eye image and the right-eye image and processes as a third image. A display unit(240) displays the third image. A printer(250) is connected with the image processing unit and prints the third image in a flat paper. A separation sheet is attached to the surface of a printed flat paper(300) in which the third image is printed and separates the left-eye image and the right-eye image.
