PURPOSE: The impeller part and shroud are welded. Amount of the filer metal can be controlled so that the used filer metal spread out to outside. CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal impeller(100) of the shroud type comprises a impeller part(120), a shroud(110) and a filler portion(130). The impeller part the T-square form. The brazing-joint with the impeller part and shroud accomplishes I shaped feature. In order to miscarry in the outer portion in which the impeller part and shroud are welded round the filler portion is formed. The filler portion is formed after the junction of shroud and impeller part into the separate processing. In the impeller part, groove is formed in the direction contacting shroud. In groove, the filer metal is inserted for junction. |
