<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a transmission destination user to reuse image data of a transmission history left as a job history of an image forming apparatus of a transmission source when a transmission user transmits the image data to the transmission destination user by operating the image forming apparatus of the transmission source. <P>SOLUTION: A control section of an image forming apparatus acquires a destination attribute of a user requesting reuse when it receives a request for reusing received data from the other device receiving data. The control section refers to a permission condition of the reuse to the user requesting the reuse, which is acquired from a job reuse setting managing section 306, and transmits the history information of a transmitted job to the other device requesting the reuse of data when there is the job whose reuse is permitted.
