A handlebar clamping device applied to a bicycle comprises a front extending member (1), a clamping member (2), a fixing pin (3), and a handlebar rod (8). Front and rear ends of the front extending member (1) clamp the handlebar rod (8) and the fixing pin (3) respectively. The fixing pin (3) is disposed on a vertical tube (4) through the clamping member (2). An outer side of the fixing pin (3), an inner side of the front extending member (1), and an inner side of the clamping member (2) are each provided with a concave-convex structure. An elastic rubber pad (6) is disposed between the fixing pin (3) and the clamping member (2).
