<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior carton capable of stably discharging steam exhausted from a packaging bag during heating cooking by a microwave oven to the outside and stably holding the packaging bag. <P>SOLUTION: The exterior carton is an outer layer carton comprising a rear surface plate, a surface plate, a front surface plate, and a second side surface plate.
