<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water discharge device capable of giving a sufficiently great flow rate variation to discharged water without using a large pump, to form sufficiently large water masses in spite of a short water discharging-landing distance. <P>SOLUTION: The water discharge device produces great bubbles BA each having a cross section larger than the flow path cross section of an injection port 10b in view from the injection port 10b into a water reservoir chamber 10.
