An analysis device is provided with: a test substance spectrum acquisition unit that obtains a plurality of test substance spectra which are obtained several times for the same test substance; a storage means in which a plurality of standard spectra for known substances is stored; a first evaluation value calculation means that calculates first evaluation values indicating the degree of agreement between the peak intensity ratio of the standard spectra and the peak intensity ratio of the sections in the test substance spectra corresponding to the peaks of the standard spectra, both peak intensity ratios being with respect to combinations extracted one set of data at a time from the plurality of test substance spectra and the plurality of standard spectra; and a second evaluation value calculation means that calculates second evaluation values indicating the degree of agreement between the test substance and the known substances on the basis of the first evaluation values for each of the combinations.
