PROGNOSTIC GENES FOR EARLY BREAST CANCER AND PROGNOSTIC MODEL FOR EARLY BREAST CANCER PATIENTS

PURPOSE: A gene for prognosis of early-stage breast cancer and a method for prognosis of early-stage breast cancer are provided to predict early-stage breast cancer with high reliability, and to reduce an unnecessary anticancer therapy. CONSTITUTION: A method for prognosis of early-stage breast cancer comprises: a step of collecting a cancer tissue from a patient group; a step of dividing patients into a good prognosis group and a bad prognosis group; a step of collecting an expression profile from the collected cancer tissue; a step of selecting a gene which has an expression difference between the good and bad prognosis groups; a step of classifying the selected gene by each expression pattern; and a step of selecting an expression pattern which has a certain function and significant correlation.
