摘要 The claimed device relates to the field of power engineering and can be used in rotary vane mechanism structures for rotary machines. The technical results achieved by implementing the claimed technical solution include an increase in the reliability of the rotary vane machine because the interacting components of the rotary vane mechanism are prevented from jamming, a reduction in friction in the working contact surfaces, a reduction in overall friction loss and, consequently, a reduction in the pneumohydraulic loss of the rotary machine and an improvement in the performance thereof. The rotary vane machine has a stationary housing in the form of a stator (1) with an inner bore (2) and a feed port (3) and a discharge port (4) for a working fluid, which ports communicate with a supply pipe (5) and a discharge pipe (6) respectively. A hollow rotor (7) with a drive (not shown) and radial profiled bores (8) of the cavity (9) of the rotor (7) which have opposite concave curved surfaces (10) is mounted inside the stator (1) eccentrically relative to the bore (2) thereof. The rotary vane mechanism of the machine has vanes (11) mounted on a spindle (12) that is in alignment with the axis of the bore of the housing (1). The vanes (11) are situated inside the cavity (9) of the rotor (7) and are disposed in grooves (13) provided in hinges (14) such as to be spaced therefrom or not spaced therefrom but being able to slide. The hinges (14) have a profiled convex outer surface (15) which enables them to interact, via a space (16) or by being able to slide, with the opposing concave curved surfaces of the radial profiled bores (8) of the cavity (9) of the rotor (7). The portions of the hinges (14) which lie between the groove (13) for the blade (11) and the profiled convex outer surface (15) of the hinge (14) form two opposing segments (17) of the hinge (14), one surface of which is designed to interact with the flat working surface of the blade (11) while the other interacts with the concave curved surface of the radial profiled bore (8) of the cavity (9) of the rotor (7).
