摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorption shock absorbing material that has impact absorption power and sound absorbency power and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The sound absorption shock absorbing material that comprises a hard polyisocyanurate foam includes: a polyether polyol in which the content of polyoxyethylene is at least 50% as a polyol A; 10-40 pts.wt of fatty acid polyethylene glycol ester as an additive A based on 100 pts.wt of the polyol A; 10-50 pts.wt of polyether polyol in which the content of polyoxyethylene is at most 20% as a polyol B based on 100 pts.wt of the polyol A; and MDI as polyisocyanate, wherein in the rigid polyurethane isocyanurate foam, a core density is 30 kg/m<SP POS="POST">3</SP>-80 kg/m<SP POS="POST">3</SP>, an air permeability is at least 8 cc/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/sec, and an isocyanate index is 200-400. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
