摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that supplies correct current without receiving effect of variation even if signal currents are small in transistors for supplying the currents to EL pixels. <P>SOLUTION: Video signal voltage is dot-sequentially input to respective signal lines. This operation corresponds to a pre-charge operation to video signal current to be thereafter input. The video signal current is input to respective signal lines after input of the video signal voltage. Thereby, effect of variation in a transistor of respective pixels can be reduced. Also, the video signal voltage is input before input of the video signal current, so that even if the magnitude of the signal current is small, signal writing speed is made faster.
