The apparatus (9) has cleaning elements (11) e.g. cleaning nozzles, arranged on a common support element (10). The cleaning elements are brought in a region below and/or side of an agricultural dispenser linkage (4) during a cleaning operation of the linkage. The support element is arranged with the cleaning elements at a frame (2) of an agricultural field sprayer by using a pivotal arm (12). The arm is formed of an elongated guide rail, which is fixed at the frame such that the support element is movably arranged with the cleaning elements in a longitudinal direction of the rail.
