<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To coat a hardly-blemished coated film, by a simple step. <P>SOLUTION: In a step 101, a coating surface of a structure as an object to be coated is heated. Here, the heating is carried out at a coating temperature of a coating powder. For example, in the case of the coating powder being constituted of a saturated polyester resin, the structure may be heated at ≥600°C. Then, in step 102, the powder of the coating powder and a polysilazane powder are adhered to the heated coating surface. Since the coating surface is heated at the coating temperature, the powder of the coating powder adhered to the heated coating surface is melted and makes a coated film.
