The inability to know, among the multiple holes of a culturing sheet that had been divided into holes by partitions, the location of cells that were being cultured was a significant limitation on observer work efficiency. Culturing sheets of the invention are configured from: partitions (102); holes (101) separated by the partitions; local culturing regions (103) in which multiple local culturing region pillars (105) of a height lower than the partitions are formed in a portion of the bottom surface of the holes; and identification mark pillars (106) that are formed in identification mark regions (104) of the bottom surface of the holes that differ from the culturing region. Making the diameter and height of the identification mark pillars smaller than the diameter and height of the local culturing region pillars (105) keeps spheroids from attaching to the identification mark regions (104) and obscuring the identification marks.
