The tool has a closing unit (10) that is in axial order with a thread cutting portion (15) of a thread with core diameter greater than or equal to inner diameter of a pipe. A milling cutter portion (18), a sealing portion (21) and a machine attachment (12) are rotationally fixed to the closure unit on which a drive unit is connected with the closure unit. Outer diameter of the milling cutter portion is larger than outer diameter of the thread. The sealing portion has a sealing element whose effective diameter is equivalent to outer diameter of the cutter portion. An independent claim is also included for a clutch.
