PURPOSE: Apparatus for an in-line mold of precast concrete culverts, method for producing precast concrete culverts, and precast concrete culverts are provided to reduce working time and assembling space for a mold and to prevent the deformation of the mold due to pressure of concrete placement. CONSTITUTION: Apparatus for an in-line mold of precast concrete culverts comprises a floor slab form member, outer side wall form members(120L,120R), a front and rear finish plate member(110), and an inner girder form member(130). The floor slab form member is installed on a leveled base member(100). The outer side wall form member is installed on both sides of the floor slab form member. The front and rear finish plate members are installed on the inside of the front and rear of a channel which is composed of the floor slab form member and the outer side wall form member. The inner girder form member penetrates the center of the channel and is externally placed with steel reinforcement. |
