PURPOSE: A near field payment system using a payment right granting method and a method thereof are provided to perform payment through a terminal which has no payment right by receiving the payment right from a terminal at a long distance having the payment right. CONSTITUTION: A payment right request terminal(30) requests a payment approval terminal(20) to perform payment. The payment right request terminal transmits a request for granting a payment right including payment information received from the payment approval terminal to a payment right terminal(40). The payment right terminal sets a range of the payment right according to the request for granting the payment right. The payment right request terminal performs near filed payment in the set range of the payment right.
