A button lighting structure includes: a plurality of button members (5) arranged in rows with intervals; and a light-emitting element (6) arranged in the interval of the plurality of button members (5). The button lighting structure includes: a planar portion (11) provided with a plurality of openings (14) into which the plurality of button members (5) is inserted, respectively; a transparent guide portion (12) that guides movement of the button members (5) which are subjected to a pushing operation in the openings (14); a peripheral wall portion (13) formed along the outer periphery of the planar portion (11); and a button cover member (7) that irregularly reflects light from the light-emitting element (6) arranged so as to face the planar portion (11), by the planar portion (11) and the peripheral wall portion (13). The button member (5) has a transparent sidewall portion (5b) to which the light emitted from the light-emitting element (6) and having passed through the guide portion (12) is incident.
