<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor core monitoring technique for computing accurate reactor core performance data in a short cycle. <P>SOLUTION: A reactor core monitoring system 10 includes: an information retention section 20 for retaining a normal cycle period T1 and a short cycle period T2 as information for computing reactor core performance data X; a signal processing section 30 for generating heat-balance data H based on a process signal P; a data acquisition section 41 for acquiring, every normal cycle period, the heat-balance data H and the reactor core performance data X computed in the previous normal cycle, and for acquiring the heat-balance data H and the most recently computed reactor core performance data X every short cycle period asynchronously with the normal cycle; and a data computation section 42 for computing new reactor core performance data X based on the acquired reactor core performance data X and the heat-balance data H. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
