PURPOSE: An electrophoretic image display is provided to minimize the failure of a border portion by not overlapping a static electricity blocking line with a border driving voltage supply line. CONSTITUTION: Static electricity blocking lines(140a,140b) are located in the non-display area of an electrophoretic display panel. A border driving voltage supply line(170) is located in the non-display area. The border driving voltage supply line supplies border driving voltage to the electrophoretic display panel. A static electricity input unit(160a,160b) is separated from the border driving electric voltage supply line in the non-display area.
