PURPOSE: A local unit having a data securing function and a wireless communication function is provided to simplify installation by including a data securing function and a communication function through manufacturing a local unit and a communication unit in one chip and one module shape. CONSTITUTION: A storing part(110) stores various information delivered from objective equipment. An analyzing part(120) analyzes data stored in the storing part and determines whether the objective equipment is abnormal.
