<p>Glass fibre belt with anti adhesive coating is used as embossing belt, and is texturised on its surface to provide the requisite patterns etc. on the web of material. This material has been thermoplastically coated in an extruder and passed out via a calandere set to a roll table where it remains in contract with the embossing belt as far as the end of the table where the belt reverses back and round and the coated and now embossed web passes to take-up rolls etc.</p> |
