PURPOSE: A multi-layer extruder for manufacturing tires is provided to enhance the quality of extruded articles by preventing the extruded articles from leaking by releasing a tightened rotary head and to enhance work efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs by reducing the necessity of following works. CONSTITUTION: A multi-layer extruder for manufacturing tires comprises a rotary head(20), a clamp rod(30), an inclined block(60), a pressure wedge(50), a pressure roller, and a binder(40). The clamp rod is penetrated through the rotary head and adjusts the rotary head to be tightly closed or opened. The inclined block includes an inclined surface and installed in the clamp rod. The pressure wedge or the pressure roller is driven by a pressure cylinder(59) and installed in the front side of the inclined block. The binder is installed in the rotary head and adjusts the clamping state of the front end of the clamp rod. |
