TORSIONAL SUPRESSION CARGO SHIP USING HATCH COVER

PURPOSE: A freighter suppressing distortion using a hatch cover is provided to suppress the distortion of a hull using a hatch cover, thereby minimizing the work load and man-hours and simplifying the structure of the construction composing the hull. CONSTITUTION: A freighter suppressing distortion using a hatch cover comprises a transverse bulkhead(14) and a hatch cover(18). The transverse bulkheads are installed on a hold with a space. The hatch cover covers a hatch(16) formed between the neighboring transverse bulkheads. An insertion part(20) inserted into the inside of the hatch is protruded from the lower side of the hatch cover. The insertion is inserted into the neighboring transverse bulkheads with a structure closely supported by the bulkheads to suppress the distortion of the hatch and the hull.
