CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly multifunctional heating plate comprises a long side(2) and a short side(2') which are perpendicularly formed from the rectangular bottom, a long edge(4) and a short edge(4') which are extended from a long bending line(3) and a short bending line(3'), a heating wire or a hot water pipe which is induced from a hole formed on the short side, and a functional composition.
