<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management system for simply introducing an appropriate meal menu for each user, and as a result, for managing health for a long time period. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a cellular phone 1, when a start of a health management function unit 10 is detected in Step S11, a recommend request related to the meal menu is immediately transmitted together with a user ID to a health management server 2 in Step S12. When receiving the recommend request and the user ID in Step S21, the server 2 extracts a history of eating information managed with the user ID, and further extracts user information managed with the user ID in Step S21. A target eating amount related to each nutritional component of the user is calculated on the basis of the eating history and the user information in Step S24.
