<p>PURPOSE: An oil collecting apparatus is provided to remove an adhesive adhered in the gas pipe, thereby operating the gas pipe normally without blockage and to collect clean oil. CONSTITUTION: An oil collecting apparatus pyrolyzes the organic waste in a pyrolysis furnace(53), the vapor moves through a perpendicular gas pipe(54), passes through a condenser(44), cooled and the oil is collected in an oil collection tank(47). A gas pipe(41) is installed between the perpendicular gas pipe and the condenser in a cross direction, and a side scraper(42) is installed inside the gas pipe. The side scraper is connected to a rotary shaft rotating by a motor, and removes an adhesive which is piled up in the inner wall, by an operation rotating inside the gas pipe. The side scraper is made in a coil shape, so that the adhesive is pushed to the top end part by a rotation of the side scraper.</p> |
