PURPOSE: An emotion prediction method based on the sensitivity of a user group and a system thereof are provided to predict emotion by predicting sensitivity for an emotion prediction target object by finding out a user group having similar emotion. CONSTITUTION: An emotional sensitivity measuring unit(20) measures the emotional sensitivity of a target user for emotional measurement target objects. A similar emotion user group analysis module(31) calculates and arranges the emotional similarity for other users having sensitivity data for emotion elements. A neighboring similar user extracting module(32) extracts neighboring similar users for the emotion element based on the arranged emotion similarity. An emotion prediction module(33) predicts the sensitivity of an emotion prediction target object according to a weighted average value which uses the emotion similarity and an emotion value corresponding to an emotion prediction target object.
