PURPOSE: A ventilator with an air purifying function is provided to primarily sterilize microorganism in the air by using an ultraviolet lamp, to secondarily sterilize the microorganism by using an air purifying pan where photo catalysis particles are spread, and to remove an organic compound and a nitrogen compound. CONSTITUTION: A ventilator with an air purifying function comprises a ventilator frame(110), an air purifying pan(120), and an ultraviolet lamp(130). The air purifying pan is arranged in an inner space of the ventilator frame. The ultraviolet lamp is arranged on an inner surface of the ventilator frame. Photo catalysis particles are spread on a surface of the air purifying pan. The photo catalysis particles induce a photo catalysis reaction, thereby removing an organic compound and a nitrogen compound floating in the indoor air.
