PURPOSE: A movable contact point device of a knife blade for an apartment house is provided to prevent a contact failure by composing the movable contact point to be moved in parallel by a parallel link. CONSTITUTION: An insulation sleeve(100) is inserted into the center of a rotation ring(30). The insulation sleeve is fixed by a ring nut(106) which is combined with a screw thread. A key(108) combined with a key groove is formed at a flange. A spline shaft(200) is inserted into a spline hole. The spline hole is formed at the center of the insulation sleeve.
