PURPOSE: A digital signal processing device capable of providing a femto-cell service and a mobile communication system thereof are provided to reduce hardware expenses for the femto-cell service and to easily control interference between femto-cells. CONSTITUTION: A macro network virtualization processing unit(123) connects a wireless signal processing unit and a core system. The macro network virtualization processing unit provides a macro network service for a terminal. The wireless signal processing unit processes a wireless signal in a macro network. A femto network virtualization processing unit(125) connects a femto base station of a femto network and the core system. The femto network virtualization processing unit provides a femto-cell service for the terminal. An application service unit(127) performs an application service used in the macro network.
