PURPOSE: A cyclopentadithiophene-based polymer is provided to be easily manufactured, to have excellent electron mobility, and to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A polymer includes a repeating unit indicated in chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R is a C1-20 linear or branched alkyl group; Ar is a substituent selected from a thienothiophene, naphthyl, or anthracenyl group; n is an integer from 10-100. An organic electronic device includes a polymer, which comprises a repeating unit indicated in chemical formula 1, and is selected from an organic solar battery, and a nonvolatile memory device.
