PURPOSE: A jack-up rig yard building method is provided to build a jack-up rig in the yard, thereby reducing the cost of the use for a floating crane boat and working stably regardless of the climate changes. CONSTITUTION: A jack-up rig yard building method includes the following steps of: a step(S110) of setting up a first lifting bridge having a fixed height on a hull assembled in the yard to be in an erected state; a step(S120) of placing a second lifting bridge on a mount provided on the hull; a step(S130) of lifting the hull along the first lifting bridge for the lower end of the second lifting bridge to be placed on the same level as the upper end of the first lifting bridge; a step(S140) of arraying the lower end of the second lifting bridge seated on the mount to be mutually matched with the upper end of the first lifting bridge; and a step(S150) of fixing the upper end of the first lifting bridge and the lower end of the second lifting bridge by connecting the upper end of the first lifting bridge with the lower end of the second lifting bridge.
