PURPOSE: A fluid heater device of a freezing apparatus is provided to safely protect a container of a fluid heater device from an outer impact by allowing an accumulator to surround a liquid receiver storing liquid refrigerant that is highly pressurized with high temperature and to improve the efficiency of heat exchange of the gas refrigerant by improving the evaporation of the liquid refrigerant. CONSTITUTION: A fluid heater device of a freezing apparatus comprises an accumulator(3) and a liquid receiver(2) with a dual industrial structure. The liquid receiver stores liquid refrigerant of high pressure and high temperature, transferred from a condenser of the freezing apparatus. The liquid refrigerant stores gas refrigerant of low pressure and low temperature, transferred from an evaporator. The liquid receiver of the fluid heater device is located inside the accumulator and is formed outside the fluid heater device in a state surrounding the liquid receiver.
