PURPOSE: An electrical appliance information management system is provided to enable a user to obtain weather information, for example, when cloudy weather changes to clear or an optimal laundry start time, quickly from a weather information provider by embodying communication between a home appliance and an external service business operator server. CONSTITUTION: A server system(1) records a predetermined ID of an electrical appliance(100). The server system communicates with the home appliance for transmitting/receiving predetermined information with the home appliance upon request from the home appliance with the ID recorded thereon. The home appliance communicates with an external service business operator server(310) via the server system. The external service business operator server is a weather information providing server.
