PURPOSE: An information management system of electrical appliances is provided to embody communication between a home appliance and a wireless terminal and between the home appliance and an external service business operator server, thereby enabling a user to easily access to useful shopping information such as a shopping movement path or discount coupon information related to shopping wish list information. CONSTITUTION: A home appliance(100) and a wireless terminal have each predetermined device ID. A server system(1) records the predetermined IDs of the home appliance and the wireless terminal. The server system communicates with the home appliance for transmitting/receiving predetermined information with the home appliance upon request from the home appliance with the ID recorded thereon. The home appliance communicates with a predetermined external service business operator server through the server system. The wireless terminal communicates with the predetermined external service business operator server though the server system. The external service business operator server provides includes a shopping information providing server and a restaurant information providing server.
