PURPOSE: A pencil lead grinder is provided to install a blade sharpening a pencil lead in the end part of a pencil insertion groove in an opposite or right angle for sharply grinding the end part of the pencil lead by rotating to the left or right. CONSTITUTION: A pencil lead grinder includes the main body(40) of a pencil sharpener. The main body of the pencil sharpener includes a pencil insertion groove(60), a battery part, a cutting member, a power delivery part, a pencil lead powder storage part(160), a combining part(180), a switch part(200), an operation lamp, a connection wire, and a sensor. A pencil insertion groove has a pencil insertion hole. A driving member rotates in order to sharpen the pencil lead. The cutting member has a sharpening blade including a cutting piece sharpening the pencil lead. The power delivery part receives power from the driving member and rotates the cutting member. The pencil lead powder storage part stores the powder from the pencil lead. The combining part attaches and detaches the pencil lead powder storage part. The switch part turns on or off the driving member. The operation lamp displays the current operation state to the outside. The sensor senses the incoming of the pencil lead and operates the driving member.
