<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress decline of humidity control capability and to reduce heat loss of supply air. <P>SOLUTION: A humidity controller 10 includes: an outdoor air introducing path 44 for alternately leading outdoor air to two adsorption heat exchangers 51 and 52 by adjusting it to changeover of a circulating direction of a refrigerant of a refrigerant circuit; an indoor air introducing path 42 for alternately leading indoor air to the two adsorption heat exchangers 51 and 52; an outdoor air supply path 41 for supplying the outdoor air whose humidity is controlled through the respective adsorption heat exchangers 51 and 52 indoors; and an indoor air discharge path 43 for discharging the indoor air whose humidity is controlled through the respective adsorption heat exchangers 51 and 52 outdoors.
