<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of excellently detecting a flicker. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: an imaging part 110 which can output an image signal for each pixel string constituted by pixels arranged in a horizontal direction in a period shorter than a period of a flicker to be detected; an image signal reading part 170 which thins out and reads out the image signals output from a plurality of pixel strings; an evaluation value detection part 170 which detects time series data of an evaluation value as an evaluation value data string by repeatedly detecting an evaluation value related to luminance of a subject on the basis of the image signals read out by the image signal reading part 170; a processing part 170 which performs normalization processing of the evaluation value data string by correcting each evaluation value constituting the evaluation value data string so that a plurality of maximum values and/or a plurality of minimum values existing in the evaluation value data string become the same; and a flicker detection part 170 which detects a flicker on the basis of the evaluation value data string to which the normalization processing is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
