<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic device capable of making power consumption low after being equipped with an energy limiting circuit and performing highly accurate current constant control. <P>SOLUTION: A current is supplied from a voltage controlled current source 31 disposed in a safety area Ds against a load 34 disposed in a dangerous area Dd via an energy limiting circuit 33 including a current limiting resistance 33b disposed in the middle of a signal line 32, voltages at both ends of the current limiting resistance 33b which also functions as a detection resistance are detected by a controlled voltage generating circuit 43 via detecting signal lines 35a and 35b, the detected voltage is applied to a base of a transistor 42 as a controlled voltage, and the current flowing through between collector emitters of the transistor 42 is controlled so as to become a constant current. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
